Day and
evening classes are held in North Adams, Adams, and Williamstown. Free
to students, classes are funded by the
Massachusetts Department of Education, Adult and Community Learning
Services
(ACLS) division and supported by Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

DISTANCE LEARNING
The Northern Berkshire
Adult
Basic Education Program offers a distance learning program for
people
who cannot attend regularly scheduled classes. Through distance
learning,
students can learn reading, writing, math, and communication skills to
- improve
basic skills and succeed in the workplace
- prepare to take the
GED
This program is designed to
meet the learning needs of individuals who are unable to attend
regularly scheduled classes. Learning materials and teacher support are
offered free to enrolled students.
